Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

What does "Packaging Grade" mean exactly?

Where is my pre-order?

Pre-orders are reliant on the manufacturer's production timeline. The estimated arrival dates are furnished by the manufacturer and are subject to change; the actual arrival date may be either earlier or later than initially indicated.

When is my payment processed?

Please be aware that all payments, including pre-orders, are required at the time of placing your order. If applicable, you will have the option to choose installment payment plans during the checkout process.

How fast will my order ship?

All orders are meticulously processed in the sequence they are received. Our utmost priority is to expedite the shipping of your order. Kindly grant us 1 business day to prepare and dispatch your order.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

We take utmost care in packaging every order to prevent damage during shipment. However, despite our efforts, instances of damage can still occur. Returns and Refunds

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Please understand that all sales are considered as final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order has departed from our warehouse, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. In the event that your order is returned by the shipping carrier due to package refusal, a return-to-sender situation, or an incorrect address, please note that a 25% restocking fee and the shipping cost will be applied.

What if I am unhappy about the box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, manufactures make mistakes and we do our best to make sure the item you ordered looks the best but ultimately it is out of our control.
